Me and My Motorcycle

I love my motorcycle. I purchased my motorcycle, affectionally known as RRDiva in May of 2009. I have always wanted a motorcycle so in 2009 I decided that I was finally gonna get one. Now in my dreams my first bike was a Suzuiki GSXR 1000 but with is Sho-Nuff's guidance I selected my Honda Shadow VLX 600. I did not know how to ride or even crank it up so I had to get my daughter's father to ride it home for me from the sales lot. It sat in the garage for two weeks before I had the courage to tell my mother that I had the bike. Then it sat for another two weeks before I got the courage as well as the assistance to back it down the drive way and crank it up. It took me several weeks of riding around my neighborhood under supervision, before I got the nerve to ride it on the streets unsupervised. But when I did, I knew that I had made the right decision - living my my dream of riding a motorcycle. Now, I am like a five year old kid with a bike - most evenings when I get off work, I can't wait to get home to change clothes so that I can go riding. Now I say that all I need in this life of sin is me and my motorcycle!!!!
